Years of using separate products for monitoring, remote management, backups, passwords, tickets and phones showed the same problem every time: gaps between tools, too many bills, and nothing that talked to anything else.
Small and mid-sized businesses face the same attacks as large companies, but the tools to stop them have been expensive, scattered and hard to run.
So we built CyberWall Shield - one platform for all of it, designed security-first, sold as software, and shaped by what businesses actually ask for.

Mark Guyther has spent more than 25 years in IT, data management and cybersecurity. He also owns and operates the TeamLogic IT franchise in Birmingham.
CyberWall Shield grew out of what Mark and his team saw first-hand: businesses of every size were being targeted, yet strong protection meant buying, connecting and watching a long list of separate tools. Mark set out to build a single platform that puts serious security within reach of any business - and that IT providers can run for their own clients under their own brand.
He has long advocated for plain-language security awareness for business owners, and that thinking runs through Shield: every finding explains itself, every fix shows what will change before it runs, and every action is recorded with the name of the person who took it.
Mark stays closely involved in Shield's roadmap with a small team that values continuous learning, and new features are driven by what customers ask for.
