You may not use the Services to
- Access, monitor or control any computer, account or network you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- Monitor people where the law requires notice or consent and it has not been given, or record calls without the notices and consents the law requires.
- Collect keystrokes, passwords of other people, or personal data beyond what you are permitted to collect.
- Distribute malware, attack systems, test others' security without written permission, or bypass security controls - including those of the Services.
- Send spam, unsolicited texts or calls, or messages that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM or carrier rules.
- Store or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or exploits minors.
- Interfere with the Services, probe them for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure program, or exceed fair usage in a way that harms other customers.
- Resell or white-label the Services without an MSP agreement with CyberWall.
