Software, not managed services
CyberWall Security, LLC provides software. CyberWall does not provide managed IT services. Businesses and IT providers (MSPs) use CyberWall Shield to run their own IT and security; where an MSP uses Shield to deliver managed services to its clients, that MSP - not CyberWall - is the service provider to those clients.
Compliance claims
Readiness scores, automatic checks, evidence, policy templates and "Fix issue" actions help organizations prepare for frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, FTC Safeguards, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and CMMC. They are not an audit, certification, attestation, legal opinion or guarantee of compliance. A SOC 2 report can be issued only by a licensed CPA firm; ISO 27001 certificates only by accredited certification bodies; PCI DSS validation only through the applicable self-assessment or a Qualified Security Assessor; CMMC Level 2 assessments only by authorized C3PAOs. Framework names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. CyberWall itself does not claim SOC 2 attestation or ISO 27001 certification unless it says so in writing with the report or certificate.
Security results
No security product detects or prevents every attack. Detection, alerts, isolation and backups depend on devices, networks and third-party services working as expected. Example timelines, numbers and screens on this website are illustrations with sample data, not results from a real customer, and are not a promise of a specific outcome.
Product demonstrations
The clickable demos on this website use invented sample companies, people and data. Nothing in a demo connects to or changes a real system.
Artificial intelligence
Some features use artificial intelligence to summarize alerts, tickets and calls and to answer questions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on. Customer data sent to our AI provider is not used to train its models.
Employee monitoring (CyberWall Insights)
CyberWall Insights measures application and website use and active time. It does not record keystrokes. Customers are responsible for telling employees about monitoring and obtaining any consent required by law in the places they operate.
Call recording (CyberWall VoIP)
Some states require every party's consent to record a call. Customers who turn on recording are responsible for playing or giving the required notice and obtaining consent.
Text messages
Alert and sign-in text messages are sent only to numbers set up by the account owner or the user. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
