How we protect the platform
- Two-factor sign-in for every login; a fresh code each day for remote control.
- Agent instructions are cryptographically signed; agents run only signed scripts.
- Each company's data is isolated; backups and files are encrypted with keys unique to each Customer before upload.
- Backups can be locked against deletion (Object Lock).
- Full audit logging of sign-ins and actions; agent updates roll out gradually with automatic rollback.
- Every change is tested on CyberWall's own computers before release.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our Services, email support@cyberwallsecurity.com with the details and steps to reproduce. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules, and we will keep you informed as we fix the issue.
